From June 20 to 28, Bologna will be filled with cinema as the 40th edition of the Festival unfolds with its packed programme — a true “Cinephiles’ Heaven” (full programme available on the website from Tuesday, June 9).
This year’s edition also includes “Extended” screenings at Cinema Modernissimo, running from June 16 to 19 and from June 29 to July 5.

Regular passes are available at a discounted rate until 1:00 pm on June 16.

This year, the festival will once again adopt a staggered booking system, with seats being released progressively. The first booking window opens on Wednesday, June 10 at 4:00 pm.
The “Extended” screenings, beginning on June 16, can also be booked by accredited participants and purchased individually by non-pass holders.
