Digitally restored in 2015 by Fondazione Cineteca di Bologna at L’Immagine Ritrovata laboratory from a tinted 35mm nitrate print preserved at BFI National Archive and belonging to the Joye collection
A long travelling shot over the waters of Lake Como: from a boat, the camera unveils the coast, Cernobbio, Villa d’Este, and the lake surrounded by the mountains with a slow movement reflecting the quiet rhythm of the lake’s waters.
