Of the great film directed by Ernst Lubitsch we are able to show the finally restored version. Until now, the film was known only through bad quality and incomplete copies. Thanks of another print found by the George Eastman House, Enno Patalas at the Münchner Filmuseum could make the reconstruction and the restoralion.
For the film, Aljoscha Zimmermann composed a score that will be premiered at Il Cinema Ritrovato.
