A Keystone is always worth attention, especially when it comes from the beginnings. This film is notable for the profit which it manages to derive from derisory material. It plays more on the resources of comedy than those of burlesque. No extravagance. A simple situation from which consequences develop. This film was rediscovered in 2006 in material donated to the Cinémathèque by a collector whose interest was in accumulating the reels themselves without considering their content.
