Thanks to Luis Buñuel’s gift to his sister Conchita we now have the script and the sequences that were left out of Las hurdes. Part of this material was given to Marcel Oms and is now kept at the Cinémathèque de Toulouse, another part is conserved at the Filmoteca Española.
