A collage of mountain adventures from the twenties and sequences taken from Kodachrome home movies (about which the filmmaker said: “I find myself searching for a past I never experienced, although it is a part of me more than my own”). Snow covered fields, cold and bluish, contrast with the warm colors of a sunny field of flowers. This is a melancholy self portrait that mixes colorful personal images with clichés from the mountains.
