\"\"<\/a>Twice Palme d\u2019Or winner at Cannes in only five years, currently President of the jury on the Croisette: Swedish director Ruben \u00d6stlund is one of the guests at the 37th edition<\/b> of Il Cinema Ritrovato<\/b> Festival.<\/p>\n

\u00d6stlund will be both a guest and a teacher during his stay in Bologna, with the International Filmmaking Academy<\/b>, in a long stage on the set involving 20 young directors from all over the world, who will shoot short films under the guidance of \u00d6stlund himself. During Il Cinema Ritrovato, \u00d6stlund will hold a Cinema Lesson<\/i><\/b><\/a> (Thursday 29, 7 pm – Auditorium – DAMSLab, in collaboration with the International Filmmaking Academy of Bologna and MAST) and will present his film The Square <\/i><\/b><\/a>(Monday 3 July, 9.45 pm) in Piazza Maggiore<\/b>; on 2 July at 8.45 pm the director will be onstage at the Arena Puccini<\/strong> to present Triangle of Sadness<\/em><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

In addition to Il Cinema Ritrovato, the public will have the opportunity to meet with \u00d6stlund on 6th July, during an evening organised by Fondazione MAST<\/a> at the MAST.Auditorium, which in the past saw other great cinematic names, such as Jane Campion and John Landis for the IFA Masterclass. To follow, \u00d6stlund will introduce Force Majeure<\/i><\/strong> (2014), winner of the Jury Prize at Cannes and a Golden Globe nomination in 2015 for Best Foreign Language Film.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
