{"id":77929,"date":"2024-06-09T14:59:02","date_gmt":"2024-06-09T12:59:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ilcinemaritrovato.it\/?page_id=77929"},"modified":"2025-06-12T18:29:23","modified_gmt":"2025-06-12T16:29:23","slug":"prenotazioni-2025","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ilcinemaritrovato.it\/en\/prenotazioni-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Book your place!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear friends,<\/p>\n<p>We are finally ready to experience the many delights of the 39th edition of Il Cinema Ritrovato!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>HOW TO BOOK (FOR FESTIVAL PASS HOLDERS)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>FULL PROGRAMME ONLINE<\/strong> | Tuesday 10th June at 12pm (GMT+1) the full programme for the 39th edition for Il Cinema Ritrovato festival will be online on our <a href=\"https:\/\/ilcinemaritrovato.it\/en\/sezioni\/\">website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>BOOKING OPENING DATE | <\/b>Festival Pass holders will be able to reserve a first part of the available seats in all of the cinemas according to the following schedule:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>from <strong>Wednesday 11th June at 4pm<\/strong> (GMT+1), screenings on 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th June will be available to book<\/li>\n<li>from <strong>Monday 16th June at 4pm<\/strong> (GMT+1), screenings on 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th June will be available to book<\/li>\n<li><strong>Thursday 19th June at 4pm<\/strong> (GMT+1), it will be possible to book the remaining seats available for screenings for any date during the festival (21st-29th June)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To be able to book, you must be in possession of a Festival Pass and have the login credentials as indicated in the Festival Pass confirmation email. The login is equivalent to the e-mail address of the Festival Pass holder and alphanumeric Pass code.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ilcinemaritrovatoregular.vivaticket.it\/en\"><b>BOOK YOUR PLACE<\/b><\/a> (the link will be active from Wednesday 11th June at 4pm)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ilcinemaritrovato.it\/en\/accrediti-2025\/\"><b>DON\u2019T HAVE A FESTIVAL PASS YET?<\/b> <b>BUY YOUR PASS<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It is possible to purchase your Festival Pass <a href=\"https:\/\/ilcinemaritrovato.it\/en\/accrediti-2025\/\">online<\/a> until 1 pm (GMT+1) on June 17th. You can purchase the Festival Pass at the Hospitality Office (Renzo Renzi Library) and Cineteca di Bologna Bookshop (Palazzo Re Enzo) from June 20th with a slight price increase.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you are unable to attend a screening, you must cancel your reservation <strong>within 30 minutes<\/strong> of the start of the film (cancel your reservation in the section &#8220;My Cinema&#8221; with all of your bookings). <strong>Six unused and uncancelled bookings<\/strong> will result in automatic blacklisting for 24 hours: no further bookings can be made during this time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>SCREENINGS IN PIAZZA MAGGIORE:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Access to the screenings in Piazza Maggiore is free.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>For the screenings that will take place <b>from the 21st to the 29th June<\/b>, Festival Pass holders can make an online reservation for a seat in the reserved section (the seats are not numbered), until the available seats have run out.<\/li>\n<li>If you reserve a seat, we ask you to arrive at one of the entrance points <b>no later than 9.15 pm<\/b>. <strong>We cannot guarantee your place after that time.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>In case of rain, when indicated in the programme, Cinema Modernissimo and Cinema Jolly will host the Piazza Maggiore screenings.
