Worried about his wife’s fidelity, Dandy sees a newpaper advertisement by Professor Koukoff, who can identify marital infidelities thanks to new machines. At the professor’s Dandy tries to seduce the nurses, and by accident finds himself replacing the dummy in a machine designed to transfer patients’ ills. Thus he catches a toothache, then a stammer. When a lady enters the machine Dandy emerges transformed into a woman, before transferring the transformation to the professor. Finally, he buys a machine to test the fidelity of his wife, and discovers that he has been cheated by his cousin: so he really is it!
